Grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soil of Huila, where the Andes Mountains shape the land and its microclimates, this region produces some of Colombia's most celebrated coffees. Supremo denotes the highest grade, the largest, most carefully selected beans from the harvest. Smallholder farmers and their families selectively hand-harvest only the ripest cherries, true to their time-tested traditions.
