Tasting Experience: Expect a warm, bakery-style cup that opens with cinnamon roll and chocolate cookie. Vanilla and gentle spice add comfort, while red fruits and a floral note keep it bright through the finish.
Ideal for: Best enjoyed as a filter brew to let its sweet spice and delicate florals shine. With milk, the cinnamon roll and chocolate cookie sweetness comes forward, giving a creamy, dessert-like cup.
This coffee comes from Jairo Arcila, a third-generation coffee grower from Quindío, Colombia, known for his experimental approach to fermentation. Honey processed with cinnamon, it goes through a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with the pulp on, then dries slowly on raised beds. It’s a limited lot, so grab it while it lasts.
