Tasting Experience: Expect a tropical burst of ripe papaya, jackfruit and mango on the first sip. A smooth chocolate note rounds out the finish, keeping the cup sweet and balanced.
Ideal for: Best enjoyed as a filter brew to let its tropical fruit sweetness shine, with the chocolate finish adding a smooth, comforting close.
We visited Phupanna’s farm in Chiang Mai and came home with this lot. Steep slopes, tucked-away plots, and so much work before the harvest even begins. This coffee is grown in Huai Nam Dung, Mae Hong Son, in northern Thailand. Naturally processed, the cherries are dried whole, the oldest method of processing coffee, so the beans soak up the sweetness of the fruit. It’s a limited lot, so grab it while it lasts.
