Tasting Experience: Expect an adventurous cup that opens with a warm, syrupy richness of winey depth and rum raisin. Ripe tropical fruits and blackcurrant follow, adding layers of complexity, while a lingering finish of cacao brings it all together with a satisfying, indulgent close.
Ideal for: Best enjoyed as a filter brew to let its bold, complex character shine. When pulled as espresso, it delivers a rich, fruit-forward cup with a deep, winey intensity.
Tianhao Estate sits in the mountains of Lancang County, southwestern Yunnan, where cool nights and warm days slowly concentrate sugars deep into the cherry. The anaerobic natural process takes full advantage of this. Cherries are sealed and fermented slowly in their own juices before being dried whole, unlocking extraordinary depth and complexity.
