Tasting Experience: Expect a sweet, juicy cup that opens with a burst of tropical fruits. Delicate lychee follows, adding a floral, perfumed lift, while a smooth brown sugar sweetness lingers on the finish.
Ideal for: Best enjoyed as a filter brew to let its tropical fruit and lychee shine. The brown sugar sweetness keeps the cup soft and easy to drink.
Uraga is a district in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, with altitudes between 2,100 and 2,400 metres above sea level, among the highest coffee-growing elevations in the world. Coffee here grows as garden or forest coffee, semi-wild beneath natural canopies in deep red clay soils. Naturally processed, the cherries are dried whole, letting the beans soak up the sweetness of the fruit.
