Tasting Experience: Expect a juicy, fruit-driven cup that opens with sweet stone fruits and bright raspberry. Ripe plum adds depth and jammy richness, while a subtle herbal note rounds out the finish with a touch of complexity.
Ideal for: Best enjoyed as a filter brew to let its stone fruit and raspberry shine. As espresso, it delivers a rich, jammy cup with a plum-like sweetness that holds up well in milk.
Konga is one of the famous and highly regarded areas of Yirgacheffe, in southern Ethiopia, and this coffee comes from small farmers organized around the Konga mill. It’s a Grade 1, the highest grade in Ethiopia. Naturally processed, the cherries are dried whole, giving a richer, more pungent fruit character than the delicate, citrusy washed coffees Yirgacheffe is known for.
